          On October 09th, 2003, the Pattaya Marriott
Resort & Spa celebrated its 4th Anniversary of
re-branding to Marriott and as part of the celebrations
the resortlaunched the
"Spirit To Serve Our Communities ®"  Project in
cooperation with the Fountain of LifeCenter,
Tawanyim Charity Project,and Foundation for
Children,and The PattayaCity Hall, Rotary Club of Pattaya Navy League.

A press conference on the topic of "The Community"
was held with its objective was to stimulate
organizations (both government and private) to help
the community.

"Spirit To Serve Our Communities ®" Project is an
intensely hands-on philosophy, reflecting the sincere
desire to make a difference in the lives of other and
has been set up to help the needy in and around
Pattaya on an ongoing basis.

Community services take many forms, but all have
onething in common and that is to support the needy.
We at the Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa are very
proud we are part of hundreds of communities within
Pattaya and the East Coast.

At present, we are helping families who need financial
assistance in sending their children to school.

We also have sponsored  many  more families so far
and have identified others to join our program.
